HIS LIFE AND STYLE COMMITMENT TO YOU

 

His Life and Style can verify purchases made using major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and through PayPal. His Life and Style could not accept any payment such as Visa-debit, MasterCard-debit, American Express, and Discovery. Returns can be made within 15 to 30 days after the date of purchase (depending on the product). We will gladly refund or exchange any item purchased through www.hislifeandstyle.com on our website (1).

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Unopened items in original packaging are returnable of the date it received will receive a full refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange*. Items that are damaged, opened, or not in resalable condition, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange**. You are responsible for all fees associated with your return including any restocking fee, address correction fee, and rerouting fee, but not limited to upon manufacturer’s return policy.

 

RETURNABLE DATE:

 

  • 14 days Return Policy: gift baskets (some exceptions apply), furniture: chairs, ottoman, loveseat, desk, office chairs, bookcases.
  • 30 days Return Policy: for all other items excluding, edible goods, and wine.

 

Note: 15-30 return days including Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. Please contact us as soon possible or go to our Customer Service section and click on Return and fill out all necessary information.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

 

  • Edible goods: snacks, cheese, crackers, and any items that is edible (some exceptions apply).
  • Wine: non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable.

 

*Returns or exchanges must include a copy of the invoice or/and return authorization number with packing slip with reason for return.

 

**Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Some exceptions apply. Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit card take approximately 2 weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

 

***Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order. It would be the customer’s responsibility to send the package back as original return/exchange policy will be applied.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Exchanges* are in the same manner as product returns**. To exchange a product it must be in its original condition and packaging***. See below of our list of exceptions and exclusions.

 

WINE POLICY

Wine shipping due to jurisdiction and geographical restrictions, manufactures could NOT ship to these US states: AL, AK, DE, KY, MS, ND, OK, SD, UT, including Canada, and any countries prohibited by law.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTIONS

 

Any purchase of alcohol or alcohols related on our Site must be over the age of 21 and all alcohol requires a signature of an adult over the age of 21 for delivery.

 

  • NO REFUND ON WINE

 

There is an additional charge if a recipient not able to pick up an order (example: recipient not home or moved). ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $20 APPLIES. NO REFUND! Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE (UPON DELIVERYING)

 

When placing an order, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address for your recipient or for yourself. We rely on you for all information and His Life and Style is not responsible for any inaccurate information.

 

  • If you had made a mistake or notice that you had sent it to a wrong address. There is a charge of $20 for address correction change per item to reroute after it left its manufacture’s warehouse. If you had sent an item as a gift to a recipient who has moved, recipient refused the item, rerouted, or had provided an improper address; this $20 applies as well.

 

Note: Please verify all address with your recipient before placing your order as we are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address upon delivering. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

 

OUT OF STOCK / BACKORDERS

 

His Life and Style will make every effort to avoid backordered items. Items however may become out of stock before your order can be fulfilled. We may hold your order until the items are back in stock. 

 

If items are backordered and for some reason you choose to return it back to us, there may be a 20% restocking fee based upon the manufacture return policy. You are responsible for paying it.

 

RETURNS ON COUPONS / GIFT CERTIFICATE (VOUCHERS)

 

Gift Certificates can be purchased at our site hislifeandstyle.com and be used on our Site with CODE provided. Gift certificates can only be used once, per transaction. Gift certificates and coupons are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and could not be exchanged for any form of cash pay-out.

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

 

You can get your return authorization number by login to your account and fill in the application online, or fill the necessary information in an online application under Customer Service, Return section. You can also contact us thus please provide us all necessary information necessary to look for you and your order. Please state reason, which product, and why, it is being returned as per manufacturer’s warranty.

 

EXCEPTIONS / EXCLUSIONS

 

Please read below as these are common exceptions and exclusion but not limited to:

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

There are some exceptions to Return Policy. These include:

 

  • Returns, exchanges, or warranties, on an item without proof of purchase and without the return authorization number may not be accepted.
  • Defective items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
  • Products that are damaged upon delivery, broken upon delivery, or wrong item sent, can be exchanged or returned. No other exceptions.

 

EXCLUSIONS

 

Some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

 

  • Customized items or customized products.
  • Gift Certificate (Vouchers), Coupons
  • Clearance
  • Finale sale merchandise
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Delivery, shipping and handling, and installation fees are non-refundable. Some items are subject to restocking fee depending on manufacturer’s warranty.
